Shipping Policy

Digital Products (eBooks):
All eBooks are delivered instantly via BookFunnel. You’ll receive an email with a download link immediately after checkout.

Print Books:

Operated by Tundra Outpost Media, Jackson, WY. Print books are fulfilled and shipped by our print partner, Bookvault. Orders typically take 5–10 business days to process and ship. Delivery time then depends on the shipping method selected.
 • Standard (Media Mail): typically 10–21 business days total delivery
 • Priority shipping: typically 7–14 business days total delivery

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Orders are fulfilled through our U.S. distribution partner in Ashland, Ohio, and U.K. distribution partners, using USPS or Royal Mail. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

 

Signed Copies:
Signed copies are processed and signed personally by the author. Please allow 7-14 business days for processing before shipping. Orders ship via USPS Media Mail from Jackson, WY, unless another option is selected at checkout. Currently, signed books ship to U.S. addresses only.
