General Policy
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your physical item to request a return if it arrives damaged or defective. Digital products are non-refundable.
Digital Products (eBooks, Downloads)
All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of instant access, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on digital items once delivered.
Physical Books and Merchandise
We only accept returns for damaged or defective items.
To start a return, email us at contact@aaronrlinsdau.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
If approved, we will provide instructions for the return.
European Union Customers
If your order ships to the EU, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal for physical goods only, per consumer protection laws. Digital products are excluded.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item or approving a claim.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged.
